3rd Shift Mill Operator

**High-Priority Role**

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. 

• Monitor equipment and process parameters and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal operation and quality control. 

• Complete pre-operational checks and perform routine maintenance on equipment. 

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary. 

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. 

• Keep accurate records of equipment operation and maintenance. 

• Collaborate with other operators and plant personnel to ensure effective and efficient operations. 

Recommended Qualifications: 

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to work in a remote location, often in challenging conditions. 

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 

Outline of Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials up to 100 lbs. 

• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods. 

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. 

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. 

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator if necessary.
